4. Legal basis (PDPA & equivalent)
By submitting the application form you provide express consent for us to collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the purposes above. We also rely on legitimate interests (running and improving our business) and legal obligation where applicable.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted service providers strictly to operate the service. These include our CRM (GoHighLevel), email and SMS providers, calendar provider, hosting and database providers, and analytics/advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta). These providers may store and process data outside Singapore (e.g. in the EU or US); where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic, conversions, and ad performance. These tools may set cookies and collect device identifiers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not stop you from using the site.
7. Retention
We retain application data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to keep it longer to comply with law.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by law. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue to provide certain services.
9. Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
