I've spent the last 10+ years coaching business owners and senior executives across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the Philippines, and the US. But the men who've pushed me to keep doing what I do are my clients. CEOs. Managing directors. International speakers and authors. Founders of some of Singapore's most recognisable brands. I built the STEPS Lifestyle Method over a decade of working with men exactly like them. I also built it as a husband who wants to show up fully for his wife, and from my own experience rebuilding after losing everything — my physique, my confidence, months of my life — to injury and depression in 2020–2021.
